I took out a new subscription from a salesman at the 14th Avenue head office store. I work for a corporate company thats gets staff discount through MTN (the only reason why I took a MTN package). When I got billed, there was no discount. The salesman, and the branch manager have told me that I about the discount and there is nothing I can do about it. Now the store manager wont reply to mails, voice-messages, and the salesman is telling me I am lying about the subscription discount.
This is an absolute joke! and I have requested to meet with the manager or someone else that can help! No one is responding and no one can assit! And the Complaints Commission is almost just as much a joke as MTN here!
With this happening, I am now negotiating with another service provider to become the accredited supplier to our corporate company of approximately 30 000 members! I will fight to make sure MTN does not get their agreement renewed.
Very dissapointed!
