It has been six weeks since I asked you to correct your billing error. To this day you still have not sorted out this mess. It's really really simple. You have been billing me for a 2Mbps line however I only have a 1Mpbs line. All you need to do is calculate what it should have cost me for the 1Mpbs line then deduct this amount from what you have charged me and credit the difference, Why can't you do something so simple. And more importantly why have you not been able to do so in 6 (SIX) weeks? I see my latest bill is also incorrect. I have absolutely no confidence in your ability to generate the right invoice. Secondly I had one of your consultants call me at 12.50pm today (3/9/2013) and I asked that he call me back in 5 (FIVE) minutes. It's now 2.25pm and I still haven't received my call back. Your service is pathetic.
