Totally useless and sly!

First they took almost 3 months to fix my laptop under warranty, then they throw away my laptop's charger, then they agree to reimburse me for a new charger by deducting the amount from my bill, then I only owe them the outstanding amount. Last month came and they never deducted a single cent from my account and I'm still waiting for Brian from customer liaisons to contact me regarding my bill. This month, they got bold and added the amount they never took last month, to my bill from this month, without informing me about it so that I can make arrangements for it. Are you this corrupt and backward with all your customers? If you can't deduct money from a debit order like you should, it's not my problem! The money was there and you didn't take it. Now you take a double amount and expect me to do nothing? And on top of that, they charge me R23.00 per month more than what they advertised in their store. Their store manager confirmed that I only pay the amount on the advert and not a single cent more... So I expect to pay only that. They are sly, useless and pathetic and I am still complementing them! I want my money back that they took without my consent, as it does not belong to them!
