MTN service! i called in on sunday 1st September to activate my BIS on my contract. the consultant advised it should take 2 hours to 24 hours and i should receive an sms advising me. I called up the next morning 6:30am and was advised the service was not even on the system and will be referred to the technical department and will be activated in 2 to 24 hours. Now way over 24 hours. Still no BIS and i have been charged for it. This is terrible and unacceptable! As well as it takes over an hour to reach their call centre! what a waste of time! i just wish i could cancel my contract and port to a network with great service!
