Overcharged with no explanation

I was charged twice for a single Domain registration. This is most frustrating as the debit goes off the credit card on a weekend and one can only get answers on a Monday. I would like an option of paying the monthly hosting subscription on an annual basis to avoid unsolicited debits off my account
