This is the second day I am trying to get through to the cancellations department 0821958. My contract has come to an end and I was told by an employee of the Vodacom norwood store to call them otherwise it continues on a month to month basis. Yesterday's phone call timed out before I could speak to anyone at about 57mins waiting. Today I am currently on hold for the last 34mins?! This to me is totally unacceptable as I am sure if I phoned new contracts I would be speaking to someone within a minute.
