Icancellled my contract in June, was told that the will be a last debit order in July because I was suppose to call a month in advanced. Today there was a debit order that went through on that same account. I called MTN this morning and my calls was dropped. I want a refund of my money as this contract was suppose to be terminated in June and its now September already and I am being taken for a fool by MTN. Talk about customer retention, I wont ever do business with MTN and I will spread the word.
