Debit order Cancellation

Being a loyal client for over 13 years, 2 contracts later probably is not enough to be valued as a customer. MTN business model for client service always has the word "loyal" in all they communications and marketing material but it obviously does does not mean anything to them. My complaint----Client for 13 years, recently missed my first debit order in May 2013, made an arrangement and arrears paid up in June 2013. June and July debit order went off succesfully BUT for no reason, MTN cancelled my debit order for August 2013... NOW i am again in arrears. I have been trying to understand why this happens and all i get from the "non" customer service call centre agents is that it was cancelled because of the missed payment in [URL Removed] MTN, WHAT A LAME EXCUSE... taking into account that my last 2 debit order were succesfull. I AM truly loyal to MTN but if you need to get rid of clients, do it in other ways but cancelling debit order and still keep the client accountable. Your service and customer service is something that you lost. i will spread this type of service with everyone I know. No compliments will ever come your way again. I am also cancelling my service.
