Ok so I have changed bank accounts and yes a mistake from my side forgot to change it at Vodacom last month. I did however go to Vodashop at Centurion and made a payment of R950 so they do not take the payment twice. But after the guy at Centurion told me no they will not. The payment still went off twice. That is not the only issue I have with Vodacom. It's now more than a year that I am trying to cancel a bogus service on my account. I went and send them an avadavat and everything as instructed as per Vodashop at Woodmead but still I have to pay for something I do not have. That is more than R3000 already. I just had it now.
