Two years ago I had a bad spree of service from Vodacom. They responded by giving me a new accounts manager for my company. It turns out the said accounts manager was even slower than the one I had previously. I had 6 phones due for contract renewal during November 2012. Only 2 phones arrived of the 6 renewals. I was told that a "fire" had burnt the remaining stock in January (that is how long it took said representative to return emails and calls). I then proceeded to talk to his supervisor to try get some answers and was dealt with the same problem. Neither accounts manager or supervisor would return emails or calls.
After heading to Vodaworld late April to try resolve this myself, I had believed the issues would finally be resolved. I was passed from one building to the next, office to office and in the end I still walked out with no phones but I did get the contracts reset. It has since been 5 months and I keep getting told that there is no stock (when my local Vodacom shop has plenty) or that the representative is on vacation. I am at the point where not even Vodaworld are returning my calls or emails. I probably have even more contracts to renew at this point.
