Inconsideration to my credit records

Name is renash rajkaran cell no 0842664948.problem in branch consultant placed me on wrong contract four months ago which was a prepaid contract not the same contract i was on before i renewed. This inconvenced my clients and myself in calls.store provide prepaid sim with artym for 3 months.my phone got fixed finally two weeks back. Then my bills that came are all incorrect and i didnt budget and now for first time return debit orders due to telkoms incompetence. Then they say they return funds to my account instead they send me a higher bill. Also i fond out today without my permision they have an aditional permanent limit of R500 per contract which i never asked for but there explanation is due to your affordability we give you this extra.i didn not sign for this and according to ncr they indebting me to what i didnt budget on, i want this billing fixed till then i will cancell all my payments till you treat me with sum respect.
