I saw Cell C's "Supacharge offer and thought Wow, what excellent value for money!! R300.00 airtime gives you 900min, 900 sms's, and 900 mb data valid for 30 days.
Went to Pick and Pay and asked to buy a R300.00 voucher to get this deal. Pick and Pay Wonderboom Junction only sells R200.00 and R100.00 vouchers, so I buy them and load them. I see that I only have 850 of each and only valid for 15 days??? I call Cell C, this is what I got.
Me: The vouchers have been loaded directly after each other and no calls made, please combine them to a R300.00.
C: No can't do that, Must be one voucher of R300.00
Me: Where does your advertising or website state that?
C: Website does state that
Me: On your website, it doesn't, why does Pick n Pay not sell R300.00 voucher?
C: I don't know
Me: Can you help me solve this
C: No (hangs up)
Call back and speak to supervisor Yolandi Vinsile, says she can't help, I ask for a reference no, She hangs up.
Call back and ask to speak to Yolandi, an told she works in Durban, they can't help and hang up again.
Call back, hold on for 17:43 and give up.
You call that customer service?? Cell C YOU AND YOUR CALL CENTER AGENTS ARE PATHETIC!!
