Putting me in a bad light

Every now and again, I get where people phone me, and it says that my service has been suspended, but I know it's network problems, It happened again this past weekend. Business people phoning me will think that I'm not paying my cell phone account, it puts me in a bad light. I cannot afford this to happen, I will rather find another service provider. I have 2 contracts, and my account gets payd via debit order.
