Could someone please explain to me that when the network is down and you are trying to contact someone through virgin mobile, the response you get is an automated message saying "Your account has been suspended" that to me suggests you have not paid your account when in fact it is the network which is down Please change this to" Our network is down at the moment please try again later! " This message you have can be embarrassing in business when you have paid your account and therefore your account should not be suspended. No where in the automated response does it suggest or say the network is down it is only when you phone the call centre you are told that in fact the network is down.
