False and misleading markerting strategy

This is my second report to Mtn, I waited again for 54 HOURS (EXL weekends) still no response.

I keep on going to the Mtn Kagiso Mall for update, and the consultant say the is no feedback from the repair. This is frustrating really, yet at the end of the day Mtn debits my account for something i am not currently using.
