False and misleading marketing strategy

Its my 3rd report with ref:1683231

After the previous report, still again there is no response. I even emailed the repair centre and I was told it was liquid damage, but my key factor is that I was using a water resistant phone, if it was a non-water resistant phone, I was not going to enquire at the first time. I would appreciate it, when the phone could be replaced.
