False and misleading marketing strategy

This, is the 4th report... in ref with Wenzile Masina 1742813...

I went to the Mtn Kagiso branch and book the handset for repairs as require from the previour report. This is really incoviencing, everytime i want a feedback I have to poke Mtn for the response. I do wait for them to respond within 54 hours exc weekends, but never respond to me, that is really unprofessional of Mtn cause they do not keep their promises and make me a less valued client for their actions.
