My initial contract expired at the end of April 2013. 8-ta was notified that I will not renew that contract but upgrade to another package. This was all done in-store at Hatfield. Linah kindly did all the paperwork for me.
To date, I still receive accounts for the expired package, have been handed over to debt collection and have been suspended on my current contracts
On Monday, 26/08 I was suspended again. Since then Linah, who has been dealing with my issue since day one, has been trying to explain to 8-ta that 8-ta is actually in the wrong and that I am not in arrears. I had communicated to 8-ta via Linah that should I not be online by today, I will change service providers as I no longer see our contract in tact. I signed up for unlimited calls and yet for 30 days since May I have not been able to make nor receive calls. This has badly damaged my image as people think I don't pay my accounts and i have lost contracts because my number "does not exist".
A contract is legally binding on both parties. If one breaches contract and does not rectify within a said period, the contract becomes null and void. This contract is now null and void
