I call Vodacom the other day to find out other details on my account and was then informed off hand that my contract for my tablet was about to expire, which I was aware off. I informed her I'm not interested in an upgrade and just wanted the contract to expire.
The consultant then told me "I" have to give a 30 day written notice that I am not planning to continue with my contract, what bull is this, this is in a breach of NCA as I signed for a 2 year term and by law the contract is null and void after this period. Take note that if there are any debits going off my account for the contract for the tablet I will take this matter to the NCR.
