I'm reporting this for the second time.i firstly reported it on the 1st of November 2013, but it seems as if the guys from Telkom mobile are either taking me forgranted or not serious at all.my mobile number is 0614716309 and my id is 7709195826085.
i took a contract with guys and i was promised 5.GB of data all networks and 10.GB full speed wifi and i100 sms and i100 minutes.i receive all of that except for my id5.GB of data, and i took this contract because of this contract5.GB.since I'm not receiving then this means ten contract is null and void.
some guy called me and he said he's going to help me and gave me a number when i call it doesn't exist his name is Zaheer and the number 0210030110.
