On Monday, Nicolene arranged a collection of my phone as it was faulty, on Wednesday she phoned me and told me that the suppliers say I will receive my phone on Friday, when I phoned RAM, they don't have any parcel for me, this morning I spoke to a Yvonne who said I will receive my phone some time next week because of some long story. I've been sitting without a phone for a week, and that's frustrating enough, so I was told its fixed and I will get it today, I need my phone urgently, even if it means you guys organize a same day delivery service. This in competency is really not acceptable. I've been trying to get hold of Nicolene without any luck, no one is able to reach me because I have no phone, I'm losing a lost of stuff due to this, its not your problem I know, but still, if I'm promised a Friday delivery, I should receive on the day promised.
