No Service

I complained a few months back about the fact that I never have service. And it is constantly saying "Connecting"or "Waiting For Network" I was contacted by their customer care, and apparently the problem was resolved. I however still have the same problem, and when I went to their Canal Walk branch, they told me that they needed the technician report to say that there is a connection problem in that specific area. But I never have service. So is the technician going to follow me around all day??

I simply want to cancel my contract without having to pay the penalty, but no one can seem to help me or come back to me!
