I am soo frustrated right now!
I retuned a combo deal phones on 21July 2013 which i took but i was still being debited. I looged several calls and was told it will be paid with the next EFT run but till this day i have recieved nothing.
Now on the 28 August 2013 my account was debited with R715.94, I called in logged a call nad was given a ref no and I was told I would be contacted but till now nothing.
On 31 August 2013 I was agian debited with R637.61.
I have reversed both these amounts because Cell c doesnt seem to care but rather from my account.
This is affecting my bank account and well to cell c it seems not that important and I am afraid it will happen again.
I belive this is infact!
Your urgent assistance will be much appreciated.
