Good day, my personal account has been debited with R100.00 every month since August 2012. I notified my bank and a stop order was put in place. However my account continues to be debited once and sometimes twice a month up until February 2013. I request the monies be refunded back into my account as a matter of urgency. I have never had any cellphone accounts with CELL C, or a phone number or an application. How my details were retrieved is beyond me, irrespective i need the matter to be addressed and the funds returned to my account.
