I DID AN APPLICATION VIA TELECON WITH CELL C FOR A CONTRACT WHERE I GOT 2 PHONES AND 2 SIM CARDS.
I RECEIVED THE PHONE YESTERDAY AND IT DOES NOT WORK!!!
I CALLED THIS MORNING, NO ONE AT HEAD OFFICE OR CUSTOMER CAR COULD HELP ME. I THEN WENT TO CELL C VINCENT PARK EAST LONDON TO ASSIST AND THEY SAID THE MAIN BRANCH IN QUIGNEY ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO CAN HELP.. I THEN WENT THERE AND THEY SAID THEY CANT AND I NEED TO CALL IN.
THIS IS DIGUSTING SERVICE, THE PHONE IS NOT EVEN A DAY OLD AND DOES NOT WORK!!! NO ONE CAN HELP BUT YOU QUICK TO DO THE APPLICATION! I HAVE TAKEN OVER 2HRS OUT MY WORK TIME TO TRY SORT THIS OUT, AND STILL NOTHING!!
I WANT THIS SORTED ASAP OR I WANT TO RETURN THE PHONE AND CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHIN MY COLLING PERIOD.
THIS WILL BE CORRECT BY DAY END OR I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER.!!!
