I have been waiting to speak to an agent for almost an hour now. The first time I called the phone was put down on me after 15 mins of waiting. Now on my second attempt I have been waiting for more than 35 minutes. Do you only have one person in your call centre? What is the problem? Surely you have money to employ more since we have some of the highest rates in the world? Get your act together you lousy excuse for a service provider!!!
