Billed for data i did not use

I recieved two statements from Autopge for data i did not use. I phoned and they said they will investigate then came back to me saying i have to pay it as i did use the data. I requested the names of the sites that was visited and how long i used it but they do not come back to me. I recieved two letters of final demand but i will not pay it until they get back to me with all the details.
