My contract is due for an upgrade next month Sept 9th 2013, I do not wish to renew it and I wish for the number to be deleted from under my name meaning i do not want a prepaid number either. I have been faxing 084 143 29 and emailing [Email Removed] since last week August 1st 2013 to issue my formal one month written notice... Today its August 5th and I have't heard anything yet from Cell C either through email/phone and the fax does not go through.
Please advice what to do now as I really do need this done for me and I do not wish for a debit order to go through for services I wish cancelled or no longer need.
