Our company ADSL lines have been down since Thursday. When we first phoned the call centre they told us that our lines are running perfectly. I think 20 calls later they admitted that something was wrong and that the matter will be escalated and fixed. Another 72 hours have passed and the call centre lady tonight said that they might only dispatch a technician tomorrow if one is available... this leaves a business without internet and phone connection for almost a week... this is the worst service ever, actually no it is not, because no one has done anything about our problem!!
