I have been having problems with my internet at home for almost 3-4 weeks now. After multiple calls to the call centre and having logged a case with them, nothing has been done!!! When i called them again after 2 weeks I was told that they have not had any feedback about what is going on but one of the technicians tried to call me 2, HOWEVER, I have no record of this on my phone... NO MISSED CALLS... NO SMS... NOTHING!!! On the 23rd I finally received a sms from them saying that the fault has been handed to their technicians with a fault code :809CWK190813 and then on the 29th i received a sms stating that the fault has been resolved... GUESS WHAT... nothing. I still have the problem with my internet disconnecting and telephone line distorting! I feel this is horrible service from telkom and im on the verge of cancelling my contract with them...
