I had a contract with Vodacom and wished to cancel it when it came up for renewal. I phoned on 2013-04-09 to cancel the contract and was told that the last instalment would be at the end of May. At the beginning of July I noticed that they had taken an instalment of R135 again so I phoned again to enquire why - I was told that they had sent my first request to cancellations but there email was not working so they didn't cancel. The operator assured me that he had now sent another request to cancel and I would be refunded at the end of August - ref no S3 TVPIS Z9AV refers. Well they have since taken another instalment and no refund has been made to me, I tried phoning but they take so long to answer the phone and now request your assistance
