On the 24 Aug 2013 I had a excellent experience of customer service and care when I visited Cell C in Somerset West Mall where I was helped by a gentleman Aashiq Abrahams who gave me outstanding service. It started when I phone to find out about a specific phone and the way he spoke to me on the phone I told him I'm coming to the shop now. When I arrived there I couldn't make up my mind so with patience he listen to my need and helped make an inform decision which I'm extremely happy with. He really went the extra mile and I just want to thank Aashiq for a 10/10 service and the privilege it was to be helped by him.
