Axxess beyond useless!! NO COMMUNICATION

I registered a domain in September. I paid on 13 September. I had to ask TWICE for it to be done. It was done on 25 September. From then I simply cannot login to the cPanel. II have created more that 7 tickets already. There is NO point in calling since NO ONE answers! I was replied to twice by asking for an IP address. I gave that 3 times. Still the domain was not active.

I have now transferred the domain again so that it can be refreshed on the server. STILL NOT WORKING. I was able to login about 5 times to the cPanel over the past 2 weeks.. I created an email account. But it does not work. I have been trying to setup it up in Outlook. But it tells me there is a server error!! I can see Axxess did create a "test email account" when I as able to login. But they dont come back to me on what the result was. It also does not login from Filezilla. They simply ignore me. I have another domain hosted by you. It works perfectly. No one can tell me what is going on?? Why not?? I know how to create emails and use cPanel. So dont reply by telling me you will screenshot me on how to setup it up, or by telling me about staff shortage! I dont care. JUST FIX MY HOSTING PROBLEM!
