In April this year I registered a domain with Web Africa but was not able to set up and design my website to suit my needs, so I requested them in writing to transfer the domain to another ISP. They did so, and the new company now hosts this domain. And not Web Africa, However this morning 01 October 2013, 6 months later, at 1:35am they did an ACB withdrawal on my bank account of R474, . Which I did not authorise. I sent them an e-mail, but no one has even called me with a resolution, I want this hosting of domain account cancelled, and my money returned. And a letter to say that this will not happen again. How can they charge me of a domain or for hosting of that domain if the same domain is hosted by another company? If this is not resolved I will be opening a case.
