Good day all my contract phones are softlocked, i have phoned vodacom customer care on friday morning they said it would take 24 hours to sort out on saterday i phoned them again they said it will take another 24 hours.
Apparantly i reached my credit limit i never set a credit limit. In the - 3 years i never had a retuned debit order my accounts are always 100% up to date. What about my data bundles that expired, cant use them my top up contract also can not use even with prepiad money loaded.
Not the 1st time i had to stuggle with this problem its pathetic service from vodacom, with this service i will think twice to upgrade with vodacom again.
They cause a lot of inconvenience and waisting of my time to try to fix the problem.
