Atrocious service and bad management

I dropped off my samsung galaxy tab on 29 July 2013 at MTN for repairs. The consultant took all my details & said he would send it to the repair section. I sent him an email later that same day to ask if he could give me an indication of when I could expect it back, but received no response. I called the store about a week and a half later to ask about the repairs and couldn't connect to the no. for most of the day. I called the repair centre & was told that they had no record of receiving the tab. The Pinelands store called me to say that it would be fixed shortly and one of their consultants dropped it personally at the repair centre. i then left it for another week, then went in to the store where i was told it hadn't arrived yet but would come the next day. I went back to the store everyday for a week &was told the same story again. After three weeks I went to the store again as I was told it would arrive that day but nothing. Then I was told that it was sen tto JHB & they were deciding if it would be replaced or repaired but they would call me later. I got it back a month after leaving it with them but when i got home it didn't work. Now I have to take it back again!!!
