My contract has been cancelled a day earlier than expected, the repercussions are very serious as i can not notify anyone of my new number including my Clients. I was going to migrate the number to a pre-paid service so I could retain the number, and you could retain a customer. After going to the store and contacting the customer service I was told the number has been recycled and cannot be retrieved - surely there is way to retrieve the number? Cell C should take it upon themselves to make good on this, it is your mistake after all, I have paid to use the phone for the full month.
