During the month of April 2013 MTN billed me for extra data on my data contract. I have logged a call to query the amount of data used. Apparently it was almost 6 gig. Every time I follow it up the call centre just say that the account department confirm that it is correct. I have request a detail itemised print (and I will pay the R17.50) to no avail. The problem is that should I not pay the account, although I logged a query all my lines are disconnected. (I have 5 contracts with MTN). I am of the opinion that MTN just bill his clients and does not care if it is incorrect. Up to now MTN could not prove to me that I used that amount of data. I am at the stage to open a case of against the CEO of MTN. The other problem is that I am stuck with MTN my contracts are recently been renewed. Please advice.
