I was very impressed with the prompt repair carried out on our telkom landline. I logged the fault just before 10 o'clock this morning and by 2 o'clock this afternoon my service was restored. The technician, A K Gumede was professional and courteous and although the pole is located in a awkward space in the garden., it was no problem to him. Well done, Telkom. That"s what I call service.
