Shabby disgusting service

Was on contract with Autopage and changed over to pre-paid with two numbers which was requested and received email from Autopage that the one number was changed to pre-paid, no problem but other number was just deleted off the system, now fighting since last Saturday to find out why, since then on Wednesday we were told by IT department to go and get a new sim-card and to have rika. They will give our number back. Well still nothing happening, pending on network, now have to wait till Monday to do a sim-swop again.
MAD, DISGUSTED, FURIOUS, GET PUSHED FROM PILLAR TO POST.HAVE SPOKEN TO MANY MANAGERS, ALL THEY DO IS LOG QUERY, NO FEEDBACK, LEFT IN DARK.
THE DIRECTORS OF AUTOPAGE NEEDS TO COME ON THE GROUND LEVEL AND SORT OUT QUERIES AS THERE STAFF ARE INCAPABLE TO DO SO, ASAP REQUEST.HELP SOMEBODY PLEASE!!!
