Put the phone down in my ea

I was trying to get feedback on a call I logged, I phoned 10210. Instead of answering me, the consultant was first very sarcastic and then when I pointed out that I can't log on to the system as my ADSL line is down and I wanted someone to call me, the consultant put the phone down in my ear. Hopefully the calls are recorded!!!
