Premiums Increased By R200 without Consultation

I took out a medical insurance with one plan through my work, the initial amount to pay was R400 for the Blue plan. The Consultants came back to our company again, this time with premiums up by R27, now R426. I took the plan, but while still awaiting documents, I receive an email that my premiums have gone up, and now I would be paying R579.00. A few days later I receive yet another email informing me that there's yet another increase on the 1st Sept of R20. This is all done through email, no one cared to call me. I havent even paid my first premium and already I have had 3 premium increases. I then decided I want to cancel this policy. I tried to get hold of them for two days now. I then went to their website, logged in, that didnt help much. I then saw they have a live chat. I went into the live chat, and waited for a response that never came, which told me that their live chat is just there but not working. I then took the option to email my complaint, never even got a call from the, it is now 24 hrs later. Today again I tried the live chat, waitied an hour and half, no response from their consultant. I want to cancel my policy, I dont want anything to do with these people.
