I am thinking of changing service providers and phoned Cell C at 16h25 in order to find out some technical information. I was put on hold for 11 minutes and then transfered to a technical person who could not hear me. (I was phoning from a landline).
I had to dial again. This time I was cut off while being transfered.
I dialled again and was put on hold immediately. I held on for about 17 minutes only to find out that it was now after 17h00 and the option that I wanted was no longer available.
Cell C, you've just lost two possible customers. I won't be going back again. I'd hate to imagine if I was calling from a mobile.
Pathetic.
