Our guards arm/disarm alarm linked to ADT.More than once ADT ph manager at 5h in the morning. Manager asked me to sort out with guards but manager again was ph on weekend. Reported issue to me to investigate. I ph ADT (0861212300) to ask for reason why they ph manager in the morning. Spoke to Charles-said I must contact technical. Waited 4min, no 1 picked up, only recording to leave details-someone will contact me. Again phoned control room, spoke to Harriet-explained my predicament & she said I must speak to technical who will assist with reason why alarm is activated all the time. I HELD ON FOR 20 MIN, MADE VIDEO RECORDING AFTER 11 MIN OF THE TIME ON LANDLINE, PH 086 1212 300 FROM CELL & SPOKE TO HARRIET ASKING HER HOW LONG MUST I WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO PICK UP THE PHONE! ASKED TO SPEAK TO MANAGER/SUPERVISOR & HARRIET TRANSFERED ME BUT THE PERSON DID NOT ANSWER. I COULD HEAR SOMEONE SPEAK IN THE BACK GROUND BUT NO-ONE SPOKE TO ME. They listened and put the phone down. I was fuming as I have to report to manager what was done about 5h call. I ph JHB 0861212400 & asked to speak to someone to report the service/ lack of service in Cape Town and was asked to hold... still holding.
