Incompetent service?

On the 20th of July 2013 I went to the Cell C shop in Kolonade and requested to cancel my son's contract and transfer it to a pay as u go. We deposited the lump sum amount (given by the lady at the shop). However she never forwarded the cancellation form to the head office and the full amount was then allocated against all my other contracts as payment. I returned to the Kolonade shop on the 13th of August. a Lady by the name of Danelle helped us and said she would sort out the matter. I have not heard from her since. I phoned her once after about 5 days and she said she has not heard anything from the head office. Can somebody please look into the matter and report back to me on the status of this cancellation? It is getting ridiculous now. Waiting and not getting any feedback from the branch after one has completed all the forms and paid the monies. All of this because an incompetent employee did not do her work (fax the cancellation form to head office)???
