Bad service, bad connection, nobody knows anything

I was advise to change to cell c in November by publicity in Discovery mag (phones between two members of discovery connect would be able to call for free) as well as countrywide publicity by cell c that their coverage would be almost 100% before the end of 2012. What a joke!
I took my contract in November and the second one for my son early December, with two Iphone 4S.
Connection is pathetic, and I use my phone for business purpose. I constantly loose the 3G connection, so cannot get or send my emails. My screen freezes all the time, and worse: I can hear people but they cannot hear me which means I need to use a landline to call them again!!!
Plus I had problems with the charges and the call centre is never available.
I did complain at Paarl Mall Cell C branch, they have no clue and actually told me I should complain on HelloPeter??? My son's new phone switch on/off button is also faulty!
They completed a technical complaint and one of the technician came to my house. He could get the 3G, but then 10 minutes later I would loose it again. He had no clue how to sort out my emails, his supervisor tried to help. This is a big joke, but I am running a business so not laughing
