I have had a horrible week from this service provider! I have been calling them for the whole week and have spoken to numerous consultants at their call centre. My phone was soft-locked on Sunday 25 August. Since then, I have spoken to almost everybody at the call centre to resolve this. I have been their client for more than 14 years. Have always paid my full cellphone bill on time! To receive such shody treatment is shocking! I still cannot make calls and this has been going on for a week! I am at my wit's end. To think i just renewd my contract with the two weeks ago makes my heart bleed!
This is not abou just a cellphone, but about my safety and inability to do things I want to do!
