Hi
i have an account with MTN for more than 8 months, which when i applied was a cash account. i have made 2 more applications using this account with NO problems but recently i made another application for a galaxy tab 7'' which was approved but i returned it because i now wanted a 10''. i was told to make another application this time it DECLINED because they told me my salary was increasing each time i made an application which was a suprise to me that my salary has gone as HIGH as R15k in just 2 months HUH?? and now the account is declined because i cant give them a bank statement but i thought this was a cash account which i applied without a bank statement because i get my salary as CASH. Was it my fault that someone or the system increased my salary to levels I didn't approve of, which i have sent my payslips to prove that i don't earn R15k but still this didn't HELP and i thought it was basic knowledge that one's salary can surely not go from R5 700 to R15k in just less than two months and does this warrant to decline an account that had been previously approved boggles the mind how things change especially when you have done nothing wrong. PS This account is up to date
