I have lodged a complaint more then a year ago on hellopeter regarding my cellphone contract 8ta and KSS cellular has not once returned any of my phone calls consultants Tsidi @ KSS cellular and numerous Supervisors at the 8ta call centres promises to call me and then don't. Since I have lodged my complaint last year 10 August 2012 KSS responded on 31 October 2012 saying that they would call me and guess what they never did. I never involved 8ta because i feel that KSS cellular was responsible for everything but given the service I have been getting from 8ta where nobody in their call centres want to get back to me with my problem I feel that they should also now be held liable My problem has been revolving over 2 years now going for year 3 now can one of these 2 companies have someone call me and listen to my problem. My problem is that a contract was sold incorrectly to me and Tsidi even admitted it to me after listening to the recording so if 8ta cares about their name they would call me cause there products are being marketed incorrectly.
