About four weeks ago, I applied for a ADSL line. I got a sms to tell same will be installed in three days. I have now been waiting for three weeks and four calls to the call centre and I have still not been helped. It is high time we have an effective competitor in this market - TELKOM IS INCOMPETENT AND USELESS.
